How to Delete Your Account
To permanently delete your ElGhawy account and remove your information from our platform, follow these steps:
- Open the ElGhawy mobile app or log in at https://elghawy.net.
- Navigate to your Profile page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the "Delete Account" button.
- Confirm the final prompt to permanently remove your account.
Need manual assistance? If you no longer have access to the application or your registered device, please email our support team at support@elghawy.net with your registered phone number to request immediate manual deletion.
Data Deletion & Retention Policy
In compliance with Google Play Data Safety requirements, this section outlines our strict data purge lifecycle:
What is deleted immediately:
Upon confirming account deletion, the following data is permanently purged from our active Supabase database and storage buckets:
- Your registered phone number and authentication identifiers.
- All active or draft pet marketplace listings you created.
- All uploaded images and media files associated with your listings.
- Your direct user-to-user chat history and messaging records.
What is retained:
- None. ElGhawy does not retain any personal user data, archived profiles, or hidden listing records after account deletion is executed.
